Looking for Service Provider for Debian Server management

My company is looking for a service provider who can remotely manage our server. We're currently running Debian 4.0 with Squid, postfix, shorewall and some other packages.

It is turning out to be quite tough to find a reliable service provider with a track record.

I would appreciate if anyone here could forward me some info.
