I highly doubt that it is 1:1, since it is running on the Vumatel network, and no FTTH network that I'm aware of is 1:1.

Those prices are good though and you will still get an excellent service even if it is not 1:1 .

It is a 1:1 ratio on VUMA. They use a AON infrastructure, not GPON like all the other fibre providers.

nope. and nobody can offer that. It is 1:1 to the large POP.
