Looking for speaker stands (surround sound)

I have a pair of Polk S10 speakers for surround speakers that have been sitting in their box since I moved to my new place as there isn't anywhere to mount them in the new room.

I need a set of speaker stands that will support them well (they are 3kg each) but after spending hours searching I have come up empty handed and have found nothing locally that is appropriate.

Amazon has pages and pages of these kinds of stands but it ends up costing more for shipping and duties than the stands themselves, e.g: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07D14BNV5

The ones I find locally are either more for studio monitors and wouldn't look great in the living room or they're specifically made for one type of speaker (e.g. Sonos).

Before I go ahead and order the Amazon ones, anyone know if I can get something like this locally?

If they don't have it listed there I'm sure they could sort you ones made for your exact speakers.

As much as they don't seem it these are often fairly standardised in their screw hole spacing so they'd be able to tell you which ones seemingly for another brand would fit your Polks.

Did you consider offset wall mounts? I would have thought the Polks have them in the box actually.

E-piphany are great, I got my SVS sub from them, I looked at all the stands on their site and there was nothing suitable. I guess it wouldn't hurt to pop them an email although I suspect it will probably end up costing more than getting it from Amazon.

Wall mounts wouldn't work in my room as there is a window on the one side and wide gap on the other.

Yeah wouldn't hurt to find out and just tell them exactly what you need it for and what type of mounting you want to do.

That Amazon link already says how many different ones it compatible with so I'm sure they would have something, but as you say cost might be a factor.

These things are outrageously expensive and one of the reasons I have wall mounts.

I sent them a mail now. I really miss my surrounds :(

So it's Prime Day at Amazon and the set of stands I had in my cart were on special so I just pulled the trigger.

Will take some photos today, I attached my speakers and I'm very happy with the mounting mechanism and it's secured well. They look exactly like the Amazon listing though.

The base could be slightly heavier and the rubber feet are more like plastic feet so they slide around a bit on the laminate flooring, I will probably get some of my own rubber feet.

Happy with them though.

As I mentioned in the OP all these stands available locally seem to be for studio monitors. Not only are these stands not really great looking but there is nothing to secure the speakers to the stand. There also doesn't appear to be any way to route cables through the stand itself.

My surround speakers are not very big. It's the Polk surround sound soundbar.
The bottom "feet" is from ironwood - heavyasswood. So it's quite sturdy.

Here are some pics. Just need to wire them up now and do all the trunking.

EDIT: There was a little extra bag with 2 screws in it that is labeled that they're specifically for a set of Samsung speakers but they're a perfect fit for these Polk S10e set too for mounting to the back of the speaker as shown in the second picture.
