With V3G moving to the top of iBurst soon, I hope that we would see more of Shaun Green here!

As elsewhere said: Shaun is one of the few at iBurst that has some competency.

Accounts is a disaster, and the support line even worse.

Thanks to Shaun for kicking the right butts to sort out many issues - he even had the help line call me, and things impossible were possible in 30 minutes after he took hold of an admin dissaster issue.

This is something which Jannie was very passionate about: A far more pronounced forum presence and using the feedback from the forum to improve services and develop new offerings. I think Shaun will also enjoy far more freedom

Seriously iBurst has to drop their prices in line with everyone else - with the SEACOM or double/treble current CAPS; or it's bye-bye iBurst. The statement about prices not dropping by another iBurst exec are way off, he may find himself without customers, and I certainly will drop iBurst tomorrow if their prices don't follow the general trend - and they're only cheaper because Telscum has those LINE RENTAL rates. If Telkom dropped those, I'd dump iBurst within a few days.
