I’ve had major delays from Takealot on a few occasions but the worst this year was last minute cancelled orders at Christmas and then also one case of sending me clearly returned and previously used items that went to another customer first.

They handled it well enough, but Loot still had less problems for me over the last year.

Have you ever returned anything from loot?
Is their process as easy or quick as Takealots?
 
I've had so many problems with orders from Loot lately regarding delivery.
Item will be in stock and estimated delivery date is given just too later see under my orders that delivery will be a week later.
Or item is expected within 2-5 working days just to be notified it will be delayed by a week or so.
They just change the delivery date and do not notify you.
Last delivery of mine was at some unknown courier for a few days before it was delivered. Apparently this courier company only delivers on Fridays in my area.

I have seldom had any problems like this with Takealot.
