What does BEE have to do with Loot and state capture ? Absolutely nothing.

The Guptas didn't qualify for BEE. And if you actually followed the Zondo commission you would have seen that the perpetrators where truly representative of our rainbow nation - white, black, and all the other colours where knee-deep in it.

Yes BEE has problems. This isn't one of them.

If anybody thinks BEE doesn't have an influence on everything I have a bridge to sell.

I had the idea and technical know how years ago to replace robots with LEDs. I was told by people in the know I shouldn't bother wasting my time as nobody has the authority to authorise it because I wouldn't pass the pencil test, even though nobody else could pitch it. Since no commercial solutions existed it would have needed to be custom made and netted me a pretty penny. About 5 years later I see they're replacing them with commercial units that became available. All that time and energy wasted while we struggle with load shedding. All the missed opportunities and increased costs in SA to uphold a misguided ideal.

Nobody thinks bbbbbeeeeeee doesn't affect everyone everyday

I think these guys must be on their last legs, the site over the past couple of days has just been extremely slow and timing out constantly. Maybe they moved their hosting to a self hosted Raspberry Pi to save costs.

I guess you're one of those people who also excuse companies for not answering emails because who uses email!?

If you make something available to use then you should make sure it works or don't have it all.

Ye, I ran into something over the weekend that I could only find on their site.

Decided to take the gamble and order it, but it was a challenge with the site breaking all the time. Was only R300 on a credit card so not a big deal if they go bust.

Emails??? The generation coming up can't even send emails. We've gone back to boomers.

Gamble didn't pay off. I had to cancel the order as I got two shipment delayed emails since when I ordered in July - decided to wait until their expected date of Sept 1 but nothing ever happened so emailed and asked for a refund.

To their credit they have processed the cancellation now but who knows how long it will be before I have my money back.

Takealot since has got this item in stock and I'm going to pick it up tomorrow.
