Yes, I have used lots of ephedrine a few years back (crystalline ephedrine HCL, the purest eph you can get). It was still legal to sell in pharmacies back then. About R63 for 25gram. It does make you more focused, but only if you don't use excessive amounts, in which case it can make you slightly confused and nervous.

Is also gives you that 'edge' when working out. I would lift/push more than I normally could, and for more reps. But in the end, although I didn't didn't find it addictive, it's not good for you.

The pills are Nor-pseudo-ephedrine HCL. The amphetamine effect is not nearly as intense as pure ephedrine. If you take 2 thinz capsules in the morning you might actually find yourself in a very pleasant and 'effective' mood.
