I can't find ANWHERE that I can find out how much bandwidth I have remaining!

Can anyone tell me how I can get this info? I don't want to go over into out-of-bundle rates.

Thanks

Go - USSD *188#...you will be sent an sms with your usage figures

Dude, I tried flashing it last night! Kept me up till 3am because it had no Web Interface. I had to figure out how to use the terminal to send commands to restore back to original TP Link firmware. As far as I know, there isn't yet firmware with a web interface. Check out the open wrt webpage:

http://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/tp-link/tl-mr3420#installation

Under "Web Interface" it says 'None'.

Anyhow I finally got back to original firmware. Doesn't seem as if the Google DNS's are helping that much. My problem is that it takes long to load pages now and not the modem locking up.

Have anyone tried the Open Wrt firmware on their routers? the mr3420 can be flashed with it.

for ZTE USB MODEM, u need to disable the auto run first before plug into router, otherwise the router wont recognize your modem.

to disable the auto run:

plug in your zte modem in pc/laptop -> open command prompt-> type in AT+ZCDRUN=8 (Disable cd /flashdrive autorun ) -> enter -> done

then plug it into the router and u are ready to go,.

AT commands

Another thing is the ZTE MF668 and other modems support both UMTS 900 and 2100. If the carrier is available in both then it will lead to problems and slow up the dail up considerably or even slow down the router dialing process,..
