Let me put it to you this way, if I was KAB Tech, I'd help you buy sending you quotes, if you accepted them, I'd send you the packages via courier - if at some point, something broke, I'd ask you to send the item back to me and then have it swopped out and then send it back.

It's what I'd do for my clients.
