Just thought I'd share. After the second Windows Anniversary Update and a reboot.
I opened up my trusty Sticky Notes and all the information there was gone! I nearly had a heart attack. After a little googling I found where the data was hiding, over there ------>C:\Users\REPLACE-WITH-USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Sticky Notes\StickyNotes.snt
Open that StickyNotes.snt in notepad and paste back into your Sticky Notes, close and re-open, notes should still be there.
