Low blood sugar

I am going to try "Manna Blood Sugar Support" tablets! As a plan A

I am so over doctors actually. Spend R30 000 not so long ago trying to pin point the issue. It came out all healthy, including blood tests.

So I am really wonder it could be. As I said, if I google the symptoms, it boils down to low blood sugar.

Go to a pharmacy, some of them has a nurse on duty, there you can do a quick blood sugar test. I'm diabetic and sometimes I forget to eat (also do regular runs) so my blood sugar comes down, it's a horrible feeling. Rather get it tested. It's quite cheap.
