Low cost gaming console planned

Again some dumb American that probably haven't even been in a 3rd world country making these junk machines.

People pirate not because they can't afford the hardware, it is the software that is the problem, too expensive for 3rd worlders.

How many 3rd worlders even have TVs I wonder?
