So, I heard from few people within the past month that "they" say that low fat milk is not good, but many people believe that it's a healthier option than full cream milk.

What is the truth or the facts ?

milk is not healthy.

Low fat milk is around 2% fat, full cream is about 3.25%:

1: you're not losing that much fat
2: most of milks vitamins are in the fat so you're losing up to 50% of those
3: full cream tastes better
4: low fat(and worse long life) is more processed

Go natural, eat/drink real food.

I actually prefer the taste of 2% in most things, like tea, coffee and breakfast cereal. For a milkshake full cream wins though.

Dairy Milk is not healthy...

Get yourself some Almond milk from Woolies.

Gotta agree here ....

I remember when milk was REAL milk, the days of glass bottles and cream on top.
Milk was said to be healthy, and considering none of my mates or their folks had any issues, I believed it.

Today, virtually EVERYTHING is bad for you.
Today full cream and 2% is all skimmed and not so lekker.

I say, if you going to do milk, do the real thing or the closest to it.

I have a problem with Darling milk and all other Darling dairy products. They added a chemical to the milk to make it last longer and I can't stop puking if I drink it.

Was at a dairy over the hols, grass fed cows, milk went from the cow, through pasteurization and into my glass... Tasting that made me realise that the milk you buy from a supermarket is milk flavoured chemicals. Only downside is a day later it was sour;)

I remember milk going bad much much faster when I was younger...I guess these tits I'm growing is the price I pay for non-lumpy milk.

Milk is usually homogenised specifically to prevent the separation.
They 'squeeze' the milk through a very fine filter and the fat (cream) is nicely and permanently mixed into the rest of the milk.

We drink milk from the dairy(with no pasteurization) when we're on the farm, no probs.
Except you always have to stir it before pouring, otherwise you end up with a glass full of cream.

In town I have experimented with the brands and found douglasdale has a horrible chemical taste.
So I mostly shell out for clover.
