@Paulsie would you agree with this?If you have type 2 diabetes then you’ll most likely have high cholesterol as well, so full fat dairy will be a nope.
So it depends on your condition.
Usually a dietitian will give you a few brands that are fine for you and tell you what to look for on food labels.
