Heart rate is a good indicator for how much stress your body thinks its under. There are so many endocrine, environmental and mental factors involved.Wait...
I thought a low heart-rate is good? The fitter you are the slower it is right?

Ah the old bouncy boobie trick. One of my favouritesPlay your cards right, wifey will have to go on top and do all the work so that you don't have to put yourself at risk.
"The doctor clearly said I mustn't exert myself!"

To know if someone is fit, take BP, heartrate, recovery rate and vo2 max into account.
Eg. My resting heartrate is normally sub 60, but it's gone as low as 45. My BP is consistently 120/80 or thereabouts. My recovery rate is about 40 beats per minute. (How fast your heart recovers from a bout of exercise) And I have zero idea what my vo2 max is.
Fit is multi-faceted and you need to train each part.
maybe you have a double beat .if really high get a scan .I have the opposite issue. HR is too high.
I was on ECG three times last 6 months and tests. 3 different doctors. Went to them because of a weird beat every few months. All three echo the same story, they can't find anything. Have beta blockers for when it happens again or to use if HR goes way over 75.maybe you have a double beat .if really high get a scan .

True. Challenge excepted..Cut down time on MyBB. You'll get better.
That, assuming you mean heart rate variability, yes?I have HRV to be a great indicator of how much stress my body is under.
