Can't you edit it so only you get alerts at a higher rate. Maybe 120 or 130? Then there should be no abnormal alerts.

Now if your resting heart rate is over a 100 that’s a whole different story.
If it had more than a few hours battery life, cool - but it doesn't .Buy an Apple Watch, problem solved.

My Garmin - 200hrs +
The Apple - 18hrs
