Lower Abdominal Pains

LOL, took a dump last night. After having lunch now, the pain is gone.. so dont know wtf is going on

Could be kidney stones. Mine started with cramps like I needed a good crap, and it refers into your testicles sometimes too.

So an update... The dull pain or tension that i feel every now and then seems to be a little better today. Decided that if i woke up with pain last night or this morning, i would go and see the doctor. I slept like a baby and didnt feel bad this morning. Better than yesterday morning. Since Saturday when it started, it has not got any worse, if anything the pains come and go less. So i am pretty certain that while picking up couches and fridges and so on, i must have tweaked a lower abdominal muscle...

I can poke the spot, press hard and release, i dont have any problems going to the toilet... So i am quite confident it is nothing serious and more muscular than anything else...
