If overclocking changed nothing about the FPS then the graphics card is likely to be the bottleneck.

I highly doubt that the BIOS update would make a difference in terms of speed, but it is worth a try at least.

Usually the CPU's won't work at all, until you've updated the BIOS with the old CPU installed.

do you have a link for win 7 64 bit?when i open the exe it says not compatible with this version of win!

I do believe it is a DOS only program - you will need to make a bootable DOS stiffy/usb
