Lowest Latency ISP?

Hi,

I have used Openweb as my ISP for the last couple months, but since I do a lil bit of gaming, I've noticed that Latency is about 50ms.

My friend borrowed me his account to test with and latency was about 35-40ms, not a lot, but a noticeable difference in an FPS game.

I'm playing a bit of Quake Live and lowest latency if possible.

If anyone can please point me into the right direction.

What you needing is a ISP hosted near where the Quake server is hosted in South Africa

1. Would to find where Quake Local Server is hosted
2. Would to find ISP's which are cheap and hosted in general area that Quake Server is i.e same province or East/West SA
