Yip that's what I am doing. Still a tad irritating.It is probably an issue on the Telkom network.
A workaround is to keep your phone in 3G mode, and only go to LTE/4G if you need to use data for a given time.
Long term solution is to complain to Telkom Mobile and hope that fix it.
