LTE problems - Really slow Smart Broadband LTE

Hi Guys,

I am having trouble with my LTE connection at home, I've tried to point the antenna to both the closest towers and I just can't reach anything above 1mbps I'v done numerus speedtest changed the APN from TelkomSA to Telkominternet and vice versa to no aveil. This started at about 3 weeks ago.

Did you force your roiter to the 2300Mhz band? Remember that since Telkom has two bands sometimes the router prefer the slower band.

I'm on my phone so won't be able to link you right now but you should look for the thread toolbox for huawei hilink devices.

Use that tool to force it to 2300MHz which I'm sure would give you vetter performance.

Sorry for the late reply. Unlikely for you to brick your router. You simply need to edit 1 one with the toolbox and you are sorted.

Your SINR is terrible could be the cause of it i have a RSRP of -100 but a SINR of 19 Its not Uncapped LTE but works pretty much the same on SINR of 5 i am lucky to get 2MBps but with 19 get around 15-21MBps
