LTE recharge issues

Good day all I just have a question when trying to load LTE data onto a prepaid some card of telkom
It gives me the error of cannot load up data onto a contract card and it's far as I know looks up just bought the card it is a prepaid card can anyone maybe she'd some light on this please it would be much appreciated

Please advise if you are referring to a Rain sim card or a Telkom sim card.
