LTE Uncapped special - 4 weeks... still nothing

Raised order on the 16th September, debit order went off,

No order number, no tracking number, spent 100 minutes (%90 waiting) on phone today, still no order number....

wow, this is pretty shocking... I'm kind of speechless...
