Lucky packet

Hi gents

I'm new to this wireless stuff and not a IT monster so please try to use English. I've been wanting to connect to the wug for a while now but didn't have the cash to spare. I picked up the following on the weekend for practically nothing but I'm not sure what it is, whether I can use it to connect or what I still need. I got no cables with it. What's in the lucky packet? lol

1. looks like a 31dbi 5.8ghz grid
2. looks like a mikrotik routerboard with a embedded radio, power it up, connect a LAN cable and connect to it using winbox
