Neither. Those times are an hour behind if I'm not mistaken.

Taking photos at the moment

I'm going to merge to HDR, taking two pics for each HDR, ISO 200, and sutter speed 640 and 8. Uding Canon 550D and 18-250mm IS lens (yeah I know it's small, but that's all I could afford).

Will upload as soon as full eclipse has occurred.

even if cape tonians could see the moon, it is way to cold, wet and windy out. totally snuggle weather - at least one plus side

In Cape Town, the clouds were kind enough to let me see the moon for 10 min. Was pretty cool, was redish before it vanished.
