Luno password recovery

Hi
My luno account its blocked to too many attempts now I can't access my account.I lost my phone with 2FA so since last year I'm struggling to login .please assist me I've sent an email to support yesterday still waiting for respond
 
Hi , anyone assistance will be appropriate, forgot my luno password and they keep on sending the link to my old cell number that I’m not using can’t sign in keep on sending but luno no assistance
