LUNO sell orders not triggering?

My sell order is not triggering on LUNO even though exchange is reaching defined amount! Can somebody please explain?

That’s just the thing. Exchange was at R44700 per BTC same as my order. I was expecting LUNO to fulfill order as soon as if hit that mark? Seems like there is some sort of lag. Order was fulfilled eventually.

Uhhh, no. Your sell order can only be fulfilled if there is a matching buy order. It's not instant.

First in, first out
Let's say you want to sell at R45k but there is 10BTC already at that price. That 10BTC gets sold first before your order will be processed

Hi there. I have an open order since 05:00hrs this morning. I really want to stop the order but it doesn't show as an open order (only shows an unfulfilled completed order). Logged a ticket and the autoreply is a hopeful response in 4 days... wtf guys?? We are paying you for the service in fees. If you're an exchange then act like one. Ridiculous!! As previously stated you will lose customers rapidly acting like cowboys. Your capacity issue are not your customers problem, so don't make it their problem.

Edit - Suddenly I just checked my account and my open sell order has mysteriously been cancelled. One really has to question the integrity happening within Luno here.. If anyone can recommend a good exchange that doesn't act on your behalf (and without your permission....) please let me know?

Currently there is a 30 min delay for balances to be updated after a trade. The exchange seems to be very laggy today. Sucks to watch the price change and be powerless.
