Howsit Luno. Was wondering if you could assist me with my ticket number 287114? I realize you guys are under lots of pressure with large volumes of new clients but it is taking really long to get my account verified to move up a level. Cheers

Im even waiting for level 1, no reply from support yet either.
Have been verified on other platforms almost instantly:wtf:

Looks like the sign-up was flagged for manual checks.
I see you uploaded your ID 2 days ago, I've moved you up the queue and verified your account to level 2.

I think my email verification link went stale and I cant seem to be able to re-send it, I have downloaded the app and submitted documents for verification as well

Hi Luno team. I would like to suggest a stop loss feature on the exchange. E.g. Sell when the price reaches a certain value.

Hi. To test out the systems, I bought a small number (0.002) of BTC on Luno, and then sent it to Ice3x. Now I'm trying to track all the charges.

This is the wallet on Luno after I bought 0.002 BTC; sent it to Ice3x; and bought another 0.002 BTC:

If I click on the "Sent Bitcoin" transaction in the wallet, I get this:

If I check out the transaction on BlockChain, I get this:

I can see the cost was 540 bytes x 215.352 sat/B = 0.0011629 BTC.

But which part of that did I pay and what did it cost in Rand? I can't figure it out from the transaction or from my wallet's remaining balance.

The full 0.002 bitcoin was received in Ice3X.
 
Hi, what is the maximum withdrawal amount and deposit amount in ZAR.
I would like to create an account but want to make sure that i can trust as much as 2500.00 for exmaple, buying Bitcoin or Ethereum and then selling it when i want to withdraw.

If you sent your full balance then a fee may not always be charged.
