Can we only buy Bitcoin on Luno, or are other currencies also open? What is the limit that sjm is referring to above?

I need help my luno is locked because of the 2FA I was resetting my password and the 2FA didn't 't want to go in since I've tried a lot of times my account was locked.
 
Luno -- why does a failed withdrawal count towards my limit:(

i cant get my money out now because the first withdrawal failed and was deposited back to my account, now when i try to redo it, it tells me i am exceeding my limit!! so annoying!!
