Actually they are brilliant, don't like them? Well then **** off to another site.
Let's just say that if you're trying to help Luno, you're not doin a good job lol. People will have an opinion based on experience.
 
You can PM werner on PW he logs in there a few times.

Otherwise general support ticket is your only other way.

Logged 2 tickets and no response. Got a phone number bit get a automated response telling me to send a email to [email protected], which I also did. Sooooo frustrating. I even contacted them on facebook, but got the exact same copy and paste response I got via email...
 
Had to restore my phone and lost my 2FA app and cant log in now. Also been 3 days since I sent my verification mail with details, photos etc. Nothing yet.

Did anyone ever find a way to contact them direct?

I called them at some point because they took 4 weeks to verify me. Will look for the number

Edit: i was mistaken. I complained on the website, then I think they called me.

Sorry to hear about the frustrations.
Manually disabling 2FA is a manual process is a huge security risk. I would also strongly recommend removing any reference to your account balance on a public forum.

Once you submit a ticket we'll need to give you a call to verify your identity. Please PM me a ticket ref# and I can have this chased up with our team.

When you're re-enabling your 2FA on the site please remember to save your recovery key.

So last night around 7pm I created an ETH wallet on Luno and transferred some ETH to it from my JAXX wallet. It's now nearly 14 hours later and nothing is reflecting. Does it normally take this long?
 
Good morning! Could I ask for a help? My girlfriend's withdrawal order was canceled, she received an Email from Luno saying it is not her account. But it is her personal account. She tried to delete it from beneficiaries list and add it again, but seems her account was somehow blocked. So at the moment she wants to withdraw but she has no options. Please see the ticket 405421.

Short update. She paid ZAR from her account to Luno and received deposit, transaction wad reflectled in luno wallet. From this side her account is good enough for Luno.
 
So last night around 7pm I created an ETH wallet on Luno and transferred some ETH to it from my JAXX wallet. It's now nearly 14 hours later and nothing is reflecting. Does it normally take this long?
The TXID - does it show the funds successfully processed? Have you checked your luno wallet address on etherscan? ETH should take less than 10 minutes, usually less than 5.

WTF is a gas limit!? Getting an 'Out of Gas' error. :confused:
 
Not sure if JAXX fixed the issue but I often got "Out of Gas" errors. What worked was to reset cache and try again.

She received an email from Divya "We are working on your request, you would be updated soon." It was a week ago and my girlfriend still is not able to use her bank account to request a withdrawal.
