M/net reception problems

Are there anyone staying in the Eldoreign and Wierda Park area who still uses a m/net decoder for watching sport ? . i am asking especially the last couple of days. i am told by a dstv installer that they are going to discontinue broadcasting m/net broadcasts so if the transmitting tower becomes faulty they are hesitant to repair the fault at these towers.
i am without m/net foe forty eight hours now and had my decoder tested and there is nothing wrong with the decoder.

Why not upgrade to DStv? Eventually Mnet standalone decoders will stop working.

Have you checked the wiring, and the antenna on the roof, and are the SABC channels coming in?

Even if the SABC channels do come in, doesn't mean your antenna's fine.
To recieve M-net clearly, you need a decent picture quality otherwise it won't be able to decode the picture.

What are the issues you are experiencing btw?

I am a pensioner and cannot afford dstv premium and its the only one you can get rugby on compact don't carry the rugby. Chanel
