M1 Highway rehabilitation delayed

I heard an ad on the radio last night indicating that the M1 northbound is now back to 3 lanes, the southbound section will be opened next week.

Can anybody confirm?

Also heard it on the radio.

I'm sure I heard it was supposed to be 4 lanes after the upgrades. Unless they are saying 3 of 4 lanes are now open.
