Not much help from Google on this.

Client has Mac running OSX 10.7.5 ( Lion ) and wants to be able to send-to Twitter from iPhoto, or any other image for that matter.

If you go to Sys Preferences/ mail, contacts, calendar/

The standard options are there - Facebook, Cloud, Exchange, Gmail etc - but no Twitter.

Any ideas on how to get it added ?

( PS; I don't use Twitter so not up to speed on how to config it ).

Can't say for sure because I no longer have a Lion machine around but I think Twitter integration only arrived with Mountain Lion.

If the official twitter app isn't installed from the Mac App Store I would try installing that and see if it gives you the option in System Preferences.

:-) and client says she has already installed the Twitter app and it hasn't become part of the accounts list.

Then I imagine the system wide integration is a Mountain Lion exclusive. Does the Twitter App not perhaps add items into the contextual share menu?

It seems the easiest way to achieve her goal will be to upgrade in the end.

It wont - twitter integration is part of 10.8's share sheets functionality.
