Mac Mail - views??

How do I get the 'quick view' panel back under the e-mail messages in mail? I have looked all over and cant seem to find this setting - help pse.

thanks bwana - sorted - just had to set up gmail again

I find that it often "disappears" when I accidentally double click (or tap or drag something over the track pad) on it. All that happens is that it moves it to the bottom - just double click on it again.

trash the com.apple.mail.plist file?

Usually that loses the links between ur mail accounts, u would need to re setup the mail accounts, and if ur confident enough re-import the mail from ur library folder. Not a problem if u have imap, but if its pop, u need to re-import..
