Mac Mini keeps telling me to restart

I highly doubt it, what errors are you getting when running the fsck ? are u getting errors at all? does disk util throw up errors?
Is it possible you MOVED the applications out the app folder by mistake?

Fsck as well as disc util told me it can't repair the HDD

well fcp stopped responding after rendering then suddenly when i restarted half my apps are gone (all the apps from a to f are present) but the rest are just GONE.

I am really getting sick and tired now, i need this mac to work.

I would re-install. Maybe the hard drive is borked as well ..

i have reinstalled twice so lets hope third times the charm eh... (since it is the third time i have ever reinstalled a mac)

sounds like a stuffed drive TBO, what are the outputs of the fsck?

it said its not repairable...

Once i formatted it it worked totally fine, and is still working, i really think it is the RAM so i will be swopping out RAM.
