Feel yours on the left bottom and the right bottom. Is the right hand side slightly indented?

Nope (13" 2011). But my buddy's 15" 2011 is slightly indented.

Yip my 2010 13" Macbook has a slight indentation on the bottom left side.

Initially my OCD kicked in and was like :wtf: but I got over it. It is a little annoying knowing it is there though.

Yeah I have the same thing but on the right side, I guess I will also have to get over it. It's only like 1/2 a mm or so.

The last time I noticed an uneven trackpad it was caused by a bulging battery . . . Luckily the battery was replaced under a recall.

Nope, my trackpad is perfectly uniform over the entire surface. 2010 MBP core i7 15 " with high res display

My 2010 15"too... I agree probably caused by use. It's still annoying though that Apple's products wear out like that :p

Hmm well mine is brand new and it is like that.

Eish, just assumed it must be wear coz I use that corner the most. So this is a design or manufacturing flaw? Very un-Apple-ish for such imperfections...

After some googling I have seen that it is a common occurrence. So I'm not too worried - will just have to get used to it.

My post May 2010 MBP 15.4" also is not exactly flush in the right- and left-hand bottom corners of the trackpad but that has never bothered me.
Most mass produced articles do often have slight tolerance differences in any case.
Just use and enjoy the "Mac Experience"

Had mine replaced under warranty at one stage. Felt like something had collapsed on the left. I could press it down far more than on the right side. Get the laptop back and the so called "glass" track pad had two what looked like dents in the pad. Was replaced again dents gone and left depress is slightly better. They replace the whole top section when repairing track pads not just the pad I was told and they were right because I had some scratches on my magsafe connection opening and they were gone when I got it back.

Curious what recall a on what MacBook. I have had my 2009 15 Macbook PRO Unibody for almost three years and I was only getting like 3 hours battery life and I remember them stating 5 or so never took it any further was there a recall on this product?
