I haven’t gotten around to using it yet, but hopefully you can use use the Apple heath health app. For some reason there is no desktop version of the app. That’s about the only thing I’d use it for.
 
1. Approving payments on banking app.
2. Not having to get up and pick my phone when it’s charging and I am on MacBook- used it quite a bit today.
3. It’s so seamless the WhatsApp interface on there works better than the WhatsApp for mac.
4.I don’t need to sign in to online versions of softwares I have the app for when on the MacBook. I hate having to sign my MacBook on to X And FB to post stuff for work.

I didn’t know I needed it but now it’s here might as well use it. It’s like the kick to open and the keyless door opening thing on my car. Very soon I can’t live without it.

Apart from killing rectangle and the iPhone integration, is there any reason to upgrade? Since I don't hand an iPhone I'm thinking of waiting for 15.1 before I upgrade.
 
Well if you don’t need nor use the changes implemented, I am sure you don’t need to update. Honestly almost no one using a Mac will actually need an incremental update critically enough to update in a rush. You can comfortably wait for the next version. I doubt Apple ai will even be life changing for most of us. There are underhood improvements etc but if your MacBook was working well without it, it will still work well.

I think for the guys with iPhones that update is pretty cool. I'm willing to wait for 15.1 - I've seen some people mention a couple of bugs online and have no desire to run in to any of those.
 
I'm going to wait till Sonoma stops receiving security updates before upgrading to this.
 
Anyone else having the flickering wallpaper bug on Sequoia?

Googling it seems a lot of people worldwide have the problem but no sure fix for it.

It only started a whole week after I have updated, and it’s very annoying.
 
I see 15.0.1 is out - maybe it's time to upgrade to Sequoia.
 
Did 15.0.1 sort out the desktop flashing issue?
