You can only buy in new york.

Once you finish the lower levels there u don't need money anymore anyway.
Only thing left to do is buy and sell 50 mega casinos to get your achievement.

Those 1000 trillion dollar achievements are almost impossible.
I only have 35 trillion now after 4 months.
