Mage Spec - Tri Elemental

What do you guys think of this spec?
It's basically a PoM + Pyro, with Icy veins

At the moment I'm level 31 specced in fire and a bit of arcane

Tri spec never works. Instead of doing great damage in one tree you are doing bad damage in 3 trees.

I can't view the build at work but this sounds like the "Elementalist" build discussed in an earlier thread about mage dps

Synergy,

Spec deep frost/deep fire while leveling. Frost is usually better due to better survivability.
Deep Arcane is more the endgame (t5+ content) spec. Otherwise there are the good old POM-Pyro builds for PVP

I have to admit I would love if they would , in WOTLK, turn the arcane tree into a viable option for levelling. Would make a nice alternative to the other two.
