Mail Delivery Message

Good day,

Is it possible to manually do a "delivery failure" message from cpanel or webmail?

I would like ot bounce back an email that was received but was not intended for us.

You would be better off deleting the email via a rule rather than rejecting the mail, and avoid the possibility of being blacklisted for back scatter.
