DA support is creeping up in general around the Eastern Cape, but it'll be a while before they take it over. I'm surprised at the PE results, though, I was under the impression that it was still ANC-led?

Edit: right, this doesn't use the results from the 2011 local government elections, this is support for the general elections. No wonder why I was confused.

DA doesn't appear in top 5 when you put in 'Khayelitsha'.

I am more shocked about the poor registration count (never mind registration vs votes) - but when looking at some wards (such as Fourways, Randburg, Northgate) the number of registered voters vs the actual residents being able to vote is the biggest problem that opposition parties are failing.
