I already provided a news source which clearly from the language used to indicate that they are not working at the Magistrates Court anymore. I've used basic English language interpretation skills to determine that.
It is also common sense that some clerks will be fired after they were arrested.

After thorough investigation three clerks who were working at the maintenance section were subsequently arrested on 30 April 2021 and appeared the same day at Mthatha Specialised Commercial Crime Court where they were released on warning.

I think you have the status quo wrong. If an employee is found guilty then the normal procedure will be that that employee will be fired. Please prove us with everyday examples where an employee was still employed by the employer after being found guilty. And do not come and give the example of "that minister and this minister did that". We all know that politics is quite a different ball game compared to these court clerks.

The fact that the report does not say they were fired. The ANC suspends people for as long as it takes to trial. Judge Motata retired after being suspended for 10 years and never went to trial.
