Anyone know what is going on? Data lines, adsl, phones, international voice circuits, many businesses offline here in PMB today. ADSL came back now terminally slow ( via IS ) and many sites unreachable. WTF is happening????

Due to the lack of an altenative Telecoms infrastructure, the SA govt has failed Buisnesses by not allowing anyone to compete with telkom.
