I had issues yesterday, had to open Outlook with RUN, got a notification that clicking on the icon in the taskbar or start menu wasn't working for some people. How the actual F they manage that I have no clue.

Lol at Microsoft recommending that people go to Admin Center for more info when that is down as well.

First thing I did was try to open the 365 Admin app on my phone via cellular internet.

2. Pirated office 2016 package on all PCs.
