After 27 years of looting, pilfering, stealing, embezzling, mismanaging etc, that truck has finally landed at the ANC's doorstep and the wheels are coming off, and there seem to be a short and smoke is coming out of the engine AND the load it is carrying is what? Petrol, an explosion is imminent...good fckuing luck
 
It sort of rhymes with the quality of the minister of defence...
