Make DA Circle Bigger!!!

timeslive.co.za...

1202: The ANC had 1.8 million votes in Gauteng, South Africa's economic hub, by midday on Thursday with the Democratic Alliance on 950,801. The ANC had 61.99 percent of the vote, compared to the DA's 31.82 percent.

The Congress of the People had 1.13 percent (33,854 votes).

Total voter turnout stood at 1.3 million, with 5.5 million voters registered.

:wtf:

I saw a news insert on e news the other night. basically the mother was voting for ANC due to the struggle and the ANC being "her party" however her son who has no affiliation to the struggle or ANC has said he will vote DA.

that shows a mindset shift amongst youngsters who have no affiliation to anc.

BTW - Black family

Ya I saw that too. Also someone posted a youtube clip here from an open-eyed young black chappie urging people to rethink their vote and go against the ANC. These guys give me hope!

So is the News24 map completely wrong?

Cause its waaaaay off what you guys are reporting!

JHB: ANC 62.29%; DA 27.05%?

You are looking at the 2006 map! Though the news 24 map for 2011 is not terribly accurate, they had the ANC and DA the wrong way around for PTA for quite some time.

State of SA has put a damper on things:

"Sorry folks seems the IEC website has gone static. The results are a good 5 hours old." Thanks IEC, you bunch of clueless dimwits :(

We all knew PTA would go ANC, suprised about Pe.

I just hope we win a major city, if Joburg comes under DA rule I will jump with joy!

National: ANC 63%, DA 22.50%, VF+ 0,5% (need moar ), NFP 2,50%, COPE 2,67%, Plaaslike Besorgde Inwoners 0,01% :D, Kaapse Party 0,01%.

ANC getting close to 2/3rds again :(.
