What's going to be interesting is to see the ANC reaction at the end of the day when the munis that rake in the most funding via rates go to DA and the ANC gets the munis that have huge burdens... I suspect there will be a bit of a ruckus. Some places are so far behind they just aren't going to make much headway anytime soon.

Heard on enews now that the ANC are threatening to burn down DA supporters houses in midvaal
 
It seems the average intelligence in Cape Town is miles ahead of the rest of the country
 
The smaller votes come in first... except in the WC theres no need to be excited yet. The big township and rural votes still need to come in. Those come in right at the end and are the game changers.

To give you an example, in the Great Kei region you have the DA in the lead... but only after 1400 votes (there are still around 35 000 votes still to come in). So from that we can establish the more urban areas there (Kei Mouth, Morgans Bay) have being counted but the real results still need to come in.
