I've just been coming up with so many ideas lately, I dont know if I'm bored or what, but I'd like to be someone extradonairy instead of a wage slave. I came up with an Idea to make a local Adult movie, but I dont know what all the rules and regulations are, currently have a couple of actors willing to help on the project.

What should I look out for apart fom protecting myself e.g. getting contracts signed/release forms etc ? anyone done this before ?

I don't think it would be your responsibility to get them tested it would however be your responsibility to ensure that they are disease free (by way of them signing a declaration and producing test results etc). Anyone who knowingly has HIV/Aids and does not inform their partner could be deemed as a "murderer" and by association you would become an accessory (However I am not too clued up on Law, that's something else you would need to research). I suppose you could get them to sign a waiver saying they are aware of the dangers of unprotected sex/multiple partners and absolve you of any responsibility but again something to be researched...

Another thing you will need to think of is whether the sex in the film is going to be protected or skin on skin, in either case you will obviously have to check with the actors etc whether they are agreeable.

I've very rarely seen an adult film where condoms are used. Not only is it a turn off it also stops the spontaneity of the situation (which is what you're trying to achieve with an adult film). I'm sure there are people out there willing to take the chance of starring in an adult film without protection, however it will cost you... financially
