Making a table in office

Good day

I have to make a table for a tournament..

And basically it must have 16 players..

player 1 Player 2

Is must like that..

But the thing is.. I don't know how to do that..

Can someone help?

I dont' know what the name of this type of table is.. so I can't google it..

Does it have to be in Office?
Why not use DIA? http://dia-installer.de/

If you have to do it in Office, then go to Insert Object and choose Org Chart.
