He also wanted hes pala to be lvl 40 before he get the heirloom shoulders thing about heirloom gear is it scales to your lvl so if you can just wear mail at lvl 1 it becomes amil till you ding lvl 40.

Also stated my blizzard is that heirloom gear will be about as good as the same lvl blue gear.O and by the way you will never get shoulders before lvl 10.
People ask me all the time in lowbie areas were did you get those shoulders and weapons.

And heirloom gear is supose to be over powered till lvl 10 killed lvl 6 mages as lvl 1 hunter with it.

Anyways back on topic gone make rogue twink not hunter dont want 2 hunters.
I got him the bow=40 HC emblems the leather shoulder=40 HC emblems
and 2 daggers=80 emblems. Also the bound on acount pvp trinket from wintergrasp.

Your first sentence completely contradicts your second one.

For the love of mike, decide if you want to stay on topic or not. First it's about enchanting BoA gear for lvling with expensive enchants, then it's about twinks. Any statements I made are generalizations about twinking, not specifically the lvl19 bracket as can be denoted by my quote

Comparatively any heirloom items are only meant to equal general blues, there may not be lvl19 blue shoulders, don't know, don't care, twinks are for tards that like to spoil the game for the rest who try battlegrounds for the first time, but Heirlooms aren't BIS always just because they're heirlooms - and can't be enchanted with high-lvl enchants

As for crusader, bad example, mongoose is far better so lets stick to it. I'm a lvl39 twink, will the Heirloom item be better or not? Not necessarily, because I could put BC enchants on blues from a comparable level.

Heirloom != BiS
End

Welcome to my ignore btw

Lol. Let it be said that the art of Rational Argument is not dead.

On topic. Boom, I'd rather take the Sword for my MH.

Guys need to chill.I am dont even know if ill like being a twink in bg will probably jsut bg for a pvp mount at low lvl then lvl this guy to maybe become my new main will see.But thanks for all the input.

Side note i am a BIG heirloom gear fan since i like daggers and hated not getting a good blue one every 10 lvls some times theres BIG gear gap like take my mage i had to use same blue staff from SM for REALLY long time and it sucked .I like to know i can stick to the weapons i like most without nerfing myself this go for all classes. Also the reason i got almost all heirloom gear you can get play alot of alts.

From blizzard about heirloom items.
It's great to see such a positive reaction to the Heirloom items. Let me elaborate on how these work for everyone.

1) Heirloom items Bind to Account. This means you can mail them between other characters on your account of the same faction.

2) Heirloom items' stats scale to the level of the person wearing them.

3) Heirlooms' power is equivalent to a blue item of the characters level.

4) Heirloom armor pieces will transform based on the type of the gear the character is capable of wearing. That is to say Heirlooms that are Plate on a level 80 character will be mail when equipped by a level 1-39 character who can wear plate. Items that are Mail on a level 80 character, such as Herod's Shoulders, will be equippable by people who can wear Mail armor at level 40.

We wanted to add something to the game for people interested in trying new classes or who just generally love playing alts, and what's more fun than using an Arcanite Reaper on your level 1 Warrior ;)

We are intending to expand where we use the "Account Bound" flag over time but for now Heirlooms are the only items that work this way. We also intend to expand the types of ways that Heirlooms can be attained but for now they are only purchasable via Emblems of Heroism (the new BoJ) and Stone Keeper's Shards, which are attained by killing any dungeon boss in Northrend while your faction controls Wintergrasp.

As for enchanting these items, they can only be the recipient of anything that you could put on a level one item.

Re: "Binds to Account" + New Badge Vendors
Originally we wanted these to be transferable to any character on any account you own. Unfortunately we were unable to make this happen for Lich King. Ideally I would like to see these transferable to any same server same faction character on any account a player owns. If this becomes possible in the future it is certainly something we will look into. I own five accounts myself so I'm right there with you all.

Heirlooms do not cross any boundaries except those that you would expect them to. Plate items become mail pre-40, pail items become leather pre-40. A cloth Heirloom is still a cloth item. Currently the only Heirloom types available are weapons, shoulders, and trinkets, in time we will expand on this.

As far as how they are attained, your point is definitely something that we are aware of and after the system has had more time to solidify itself in game we will consider expanding the number of ways that they can be attained.

Twinking is fun. It gives you "that something to do" when you're bored or want to kill an hour or two. What makes it more fun is doing it in a guild. There's almost nothing more satisfying than to see the entire alliance side demoralized and gutted by you and your guildies.

On TH High Honers Club are currently the biggest lvl19's only. You guys should try it, well at east once, it grows on you.

Twinking is retarded. It screws up the game for new players who wants to experience PVP at that level and not get WTFPWNED in 3.2 seconds flat.

All I want for Christmas is for Blizzard to give XP for PVP kills. See how all these twinkers cry their eyes out because their 20 000 gold twink just leveled and all his gear is useless now.

I played around with Twinks before and it's quite a bit of fun.
I haven't Twinked a char for quite some time but it's a ton easier now then it used to be.
I actually got one of the essentials last night for Twinking a caster.
My Pally picked up the +30 Spellpower Enchant in MC so I might look into a Caster Twink.

@ Crowley, the problem is that at the 10-19 Level BG's are pretty much 80% Twinks.

If you can't avoid em, join em :p

Yeah well would rather help my horde buddies win then to not twink and lose EVERY battle vs ally twinks.
I use to hate twinsk alot but on my server most people are alts(twinks) anyways old locked server.

Giving xp per kill in bg's would solve the problem of having a few overpowered twinks ruining the bg's for everybody.

Personally I reckon the lower level BG's would be dead if it wasn't for twinking. If all twinks were removed you would be level 20 by the time you got a full group for WSG going ...

And FYI, I do not have any active low lvl twinks (My hunter was abandoned on TH over a year ago).
